Max鈥檚 Corner Bakery or MCB鈥檚 story started in the early 1960s in Sucat, Para帽aque. Its famous dinner rolls were paired with Max鈥檚 Sarap To The BonesTM Fried Chicken. In the 1970s, the brand expanded its product line by offering ensaimada and cakes through a take-out counter in the restaurant. Today, MCB offers bread, pastries, and cakes to Max鈥檚 Restaurant customers, and other institutional clients in the country.
